Every powerful design starts with a clear and sustainable direction. With the Greenprint, we show from the very first contact how sustainability can naturally become part of every project, without compromising creativity, quality, or aesthetics. The Greenprint serves as the blueprint for sustainable design and realization.
We guide each project toward a sustainable solution that aligns with your goals and ambitions. We do this through three clear phases that naturally follow the project’s development. Together, we define the direction, make the impact of each decision visible, and conclude with a clear overview of the results achieved and opportunities for the future.
Whether it’s reuse, modular design, or smart material choices — in every phase we make sustainability tangible and practical. The result is not only a strong design but also a clear story about what it delivers, today and in the future.
As soon as your request comes in, we work together to determine the most sustainable course for your project. Based on your goals and context, we guide the design into one of three directions; each with its own sustainability focus.
Designed for repeated use
A concept built to last across multiple activations or years. By extending the lifespan of elements, we minimize waste and maximize value.
Modular and adaptable
A flexible design made of components that can be reconfigured in different ways. This allows for a fresh look each time — without the need for new production.
Smart material use
We select recycled materials or design so that all elements can easily be recycled after use. This ensures each project remains part of a circular system.
During the design and production phases, we make the results of your choices visible step by step. This allows you to see exactly how your project contributes to sustainability and efficiency.
Possible outcomes:
Material savings compared to traditional solutions
Reuse of components across multiple projects or years
Faster build-up and fewer transport movements
Less waste and more efficient logistics
Strong brand recognition through a consistent visual identity
CO₂ reduction and extended material lifespan
We translate these insights into clear visuals and summaries that are easy to share — for example, as part of your own sustainability communication.
After completion, you’ll receive an overview of your project’s sustainable performance. This summary shows:
The concrete results achieved (CO₂ savings, reuse, material reduction)
What these results mean for your brand, image, and future projects
The sustainable steps you can take next time
Most materials are given a second life. Carpet is recycled, set elements are stored, repositioned or converted, and items such as furniture and green decorations can be hired in. If equipment in our workshop really cannot find a new use, it is donated - to schools or individuals, for example - or disposed of separately.
Many of our suppliers share our commitment to sustainability. That's why we like to choose to work with organizations that share our values, so that together we can make a positive impact. For example, by taking back production waste in order to have it recycled. This helps us to reduce our impact.
We also actively invest in our local community. We partner with local organizations and initiatives that contribute to a positive social impact. These collaborations allow us to make a difference and further expand our social responsibility.
Our people always come first. We make sure everyone is paid fairly, works in a nice environment and has equal opportunities. Diversity and inclusiveness are not buzzwords for us, but a way of life. In short, at The Brandscape Agency, we do our best to be a little better every day.
Our office and workshop are located in Leiderdorp, on the edge of the Green Heart. Here, we design, build, decorate, and organize in an open 1000 m² space where makers collaborate, sharing both materials and knowledge—one Brandscaper’s trash is another one’s treasure!
In addition to building sustainable projects for our clients, we also invest heavily in making our own premises more sustainable. During the construction of our new office, we implemented several measures to operate more consciously. We permanently shut off the gas supply and invested in modern heat pumps that efficiently heat and cool the building. The entire structure was also re-insulated, significantly reducing energy consumption.
Our solar panels play a major role in this: they generate enough electricity to power all our daily activities. Even the machines in our workshop run on clean, renewable energy. Thanks to these measures, our office building is now completely energy neutral.
