We create striking brand experiences with impact and uniqueness. The Brandscape Agency is a multidisciplinary studio focused on crafting unforgettable visual brand experiences. Our approach combines creativity with strategic design, resulting in custom-made solutions that not only impress but are also smart and sustainable.
We design and build more than just temporary installations—we create impactful brand landscapes that stay with your audience. In a market where reuse and standard modules often lead to interchangeable stand-building and activations, we go beyond that. Our designs are tailor-made, distinctive, and strategically thought-out so that your brand always stands out. The result? A custom product that perfectly aligns with your brand story, while being cleverly designed and multi-functional. This means:
High impact and brand experience: A visually powerful and unique appearance, far beyond standard rental items or conventional stand construction.
Long-term cost savings: No need for entirely new investments for each activation or trade show, but thoughtful reusability without compromising creativity.
Sustainability as an integral part: Less waste, longer lifespan, and a positive footprint thanks to circular design and conscious material choices.
As creatives, architects, directors, and builders, we take care of the entire process. From the first sketch to the last screw, we work together to create a brand experience that makes an impact. Our strength lies in combining artistic freedom with technical expertise. We think outside the box and blend craftsmanship with innovation, so each project is not only aesthetically distinct but also practical and efficient to use. Our vibrant team consists of both dreamers and doers. The creative minds come up with the most inspiring designs, while our technical experts and craftsmen bring them to life. From interior stylists and designers to engineers and upholsterers—everyone plays a crucial role in the creation of an immersive brandscape.
The Brandscape Agency is led by founders Elles van Goozen, Hellen van Berge Henegouwen, and Frank Dekker. With their years of experience in architecture, interior design, sound design, and technical engineering, they safeguard the foundation of every project and ensure that each design seamlessly aligns with the client's brand strategy.
Sustainability and innovation are not separate concepts, but are woven into everything we do. With our Greenprint as a guide, we not only design impactful brand experiences but also ensure they are reusable, circular, and smartly produced. Together, we build a creative and responsible vision for the future. Discover how we do this with our Greenprint.
Every project we bring to life tells not only the story of a brand, but also our own journey as sustainable creators. Behind every design and construction lies a conscious choice; for people, for materials, and for the future. In our impact report, we show how these choices translate into tangible results and measurable progress.
At The Brandscape Agency, we believe that brand experiences should not only be impressive — they should also be responsible. Everything we design, build, and bring to life has an impact on people, materials, energy, logistics, and the world around us. That’s why we work every day to make better choices: smarter, fairer, and more sustainable. 2025 marked the year we began to measure, experiment, and improve in a structured way. Below you’ll find the key steps we’ve taken so far.
The quality of our projects begins with the people who bring them to life. That’s why we create an environment where everyone enjoys their work, feels safe, and has room to grow. Safety and job satisfaction go hand in hand. We work with clear agreements, proper guidance, and genuine attention to one another in the workplace.
How we’re already investing in this:
Job-specific training and space for personal development
Our first Diversity & Inclusion survey conducted with a 100% response rate
Employee satisfaction measured — eNPS 8.9
Team development tracked — Retention 2024: 95%; Team growth 2025: +2
Our goal for 2030
The Brandscape Agency will be a place where people are proud to work
— where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow. We aim to
maintain an eNPS of 8.5 or higher, ensure that every team member
completes at least two training programs per year, and enable at
least 30% of our team to advance into new roles internally.
Our workshop is the heart of our production — and the place where we use the most energy and materials. It’s also where we’re taking our biggest steps toward sustainability.
How we’re already investing in this:
100% of our electricity comes from renewable sources
43,220 kWh of solar energy generated in 2024
First CO₂ inventory completed: Scope 1 emissions reduced by 35% since 2022
Gas-free since the end of 2023
Our goal for 2030
Our factory will run entirely on renewable energy and emit at least
40% less CO₂ than in 2025. Smart energy use, material reuse, and
certified processes will be the standard — making our workshop a
benchmark for sustainability within the industry.
We increasingly design modular concepts intended for multi-year use. This approach delivers significant benefits: less production, less waste, and more creativity. Shifting from single-use to smart reuse.
How we’re already investing in this:
Modular stands and brand activations designed for multiple uses
Waste streams mapped in collaboration with Renewi
First recycling baseline established: 23 tons of materials were recycled or reused in 2024 through Renewi, preventing 39 tons of CO₂ emissions
Our goal for 2030
Circularity will be embedded in everything we create. At least 60%
of our revenue will come from circular or modular projects, and over
90% of our materials will be given a second life through reuse or
recycling. We build experiences that leave a lasting impression,
without unnecessary waste.
Sustainability becomes stronger when it’s shared. Our greatest impact happens when we make sustainable choices not only within our own operations, but together with our clients. That’s why we developed the Greenprint, a tool that makes the impact of every project choice visible, tangible, and easy to discuss.
How we’re already investing in this:
The Greenprint is currently in development
Questions about sustainability awareness are now part of client conversations — during and after each project
More and more clients are consciously choosing reuse and modular design
Workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions are in preparation
Our goal for 2030
We collaborate with every client as a partner in sustainable progress.
By then, sustainability will no longer be a separate step, but a
natural part of every project. Through the Greenprint, each client
will gain clear insight into their project’s impact, from material
use to CO₂ savings, enabling more conscious and transparent decisions.
At least 75% of our clients will actively choose circular or sustainable
solutions. Together, we create brand experiences that not only inspire
but also make a lasting, positive impact.
Our impact is shaped by everyone we work with. That’s why we take a critical look at our entire value chain, from materials and suppliers to clients and community partners. We consciously choose collaborators who share our values and want to build positive impact together.
How we’re already investing in this:
Our suppliers and materials have been fully mapped, including available certifications
We conducted our first supplier survey to gather input for goals and improvement opportunities
We created a Code of Conduct to ensure sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility throughout our supply chain
Our goal for 2030
We aim to collaborate with a network of partners who not only share
our values but actively embody them. By 2030, at least 60% of our
suppliers will be local or socially driven, and at least half will
have signed our Code of Conduct as a commitment to sustainability,
ethics, and social responsibility. We focus on long-term partnerships
built on trust, transparency, and shared ambition. Our client satisfaction
will remain consistently high, with an NPS of 8.5 or above. Together,
we’re building a value chain that grows in both quality and positive
impact, from supplier to client.
In 2026, we’re raising the bar. This will be the year the Greenprint becomes fully integrated into all our projects; from briefing to evaluation. We’ll share our first circular case studies with measurable results, including CO₂ reduction, material reuse, and lower material consumption. At the same time, we’ll maximize the use of our own solar energy through smarter management of generation and consumption, while strengthening collaborations with local and social partners. Sustainable choices will increasingly become the standard in our design and production processes. We’ll also conduct our first client satisfaction survey to keep improving our services and grow our impact together with our clients.
